Slovenia is one of the six nations to emerge from the dissolution of Yugoslavia in the 1990's. Unlike its former confederates, which are considered to be part of Southeastern Europe, Slovenia is generally deemed to be part of Central Europe. However classified, it is home to some of the most spectacular scenery on the entire European continent, from alpine lakes to magnificent waterfalls to well-preserved medieval castles. From its mountainous west in the Alps to the famous Lake Bled Castle, Slovenia by drone is not to be missed! Aerial photo: "Slovenia” by AirVuz contributor and drone pilot Daniel Kordan.
