İstanbul Girl Tower

One of the most recognized sights in Istanbul is the Maiden's Tower, a monument which sits on a small island in the Bosphorus Straits.  Originally constructed in the 12th century, it played a role in the Ottoman conquest of what was then Constantinople in the 15th century.  After being destroyed by fire, it was rebuilt as a lighthouse.  Contributor RBS-Batuhan used a drone to create this amazing aerial view of the tower, which famously appeared in the final scene of a James Bond movie.
