On The Way To The Maiden's Tower
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Iskenderfilms created this surreal-looking aerial look at Maiden's Tower, a well known Istanbul landmark. Built in the early 12th century, it was designed to protect the southern approach into the city through the Straits of Bosphorus. Famously, the tower was the filming location for the climactic scene of the 1999 James Bond movie The World is Not Enough, #21 in the series. This was the spot where 007 (Pierce Brosnan) tracks down the arch-villain Renard (Robert Carlyle) in his hideout.
