AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Top content creator and Drone Video of the Week winner HikeTheWorld spent a month in the Balkan country of Montenegro with a drone. He was able to capture aerial footage of the country's most scenic spots, including Lake Piva, Durmitor National Park, Tara River Canyon, Prokletije National Park, Lake Skadar, Rijeka Crnojevica, Budva, and the Bay of Kotor. Watching it, you will see why this country, which was part of Serbia until 2006, has become a top tourist destination in southeastern Europe.

We have been tempted to visit Balkan states for a long time, and therefore at the end of May we traveled for one month around Montenegro. This country became more and more popular each year and it definitely worth visiting. It's a land of beauty which enchants you with big mountains, the deepest canyons, crystal clear rivers, historical cities, and beautiful beaches. We visited lake Piva, national park Durmitor, the deepest canyon in Europe called Tara (we also tested the superfast zipline, which was awesome), national park Prokletije, Skadar lake, river Črnojevica, the beautiful city of Budva and Kotor and we wild camp above Kotor bay.
