Skardu in Autumn 2022 - Gilgit Baltistan - Indus River - Drone 4k

Former Drone Video of the Week Finalist maxloxtron brings us this stunning Fall drone video from northern Pakistan.  The video was filmed in the Skardu Valley, which is located in Gilgit-Baltistan, the country's northernmost territory and part of the historical region of Kashmir.  Situated at an altitude of about 8.2k ft. above sea level (around 2.5k m), the valley runs a length of about 25 mi. (around 40 km) and encompasses the confluence of the Shigar and Indus Rivers.  The Skardu provides access to some of the world's tallest peaks.
