BADGES THIS VIDEO HAS EARNED:

This video is the second in the series on northern Pakistan and the first of three on the Gilgit Baltistan province.  This video features mountains from the world's three highest mountain ranges - the Himalaya, the Karakorum, and the Hindu Kush.  Most of these views are off of the Karakorum Highway which links Hasan Abdal, Pakistan to Kashgar, China.  The above three mountain ranges converge at Jaglot where the Indus River and Gilgit River meet.  This is the scene in the video at 3:06 where the mountains on screen right are Himalaya, screen center are Karakorum, and extreme screen left are Hindu Kush, each divided by a river.  Other noteworthy features are Attabad Lake (1:15), Passu Cones (1:47), Hopar Glacier and Valley (2:16), and Passu Glacier (3:50).
