Newmiln House Hotel is a historic building located in St Martins, Perth and Kinross, Scotland. Built in 1855 by Andrew Heiton Senior & Son, it's a large Italianate mansion with red sandstone and buff dressings. The hotel has a rich history, having been owned by notable figures such as Prince Abdul Aziz al-Thani, and has hosted celebrities like Jude Law, Liam Neeson, and Kate Moss.

The hotel has faced some challenges over the years, including a police raid in 2007 and disputes over unpaid rent. Despite its grand architecture and interesting past, it has been vacant and in need of renovation for some time. Abandoned since May 2018
