Abandoned Scottish Estates ( this should not be allowed to happen )

In Scotland we have a CRAZY rule that if Land Owners remove the roof from the building they then don't pay any Land Taxes as the buildings become classed as uninhabitable abandoned.

This has led to the decline and abandonment of some really beautiful buildings being left to rot and fall. See "Scotland's Shame" in SHAMEFUL 4K.
