Lowlands of the Dutch peninsulas
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
If you've heard the term the "Great Plain of Northern Europe" and wondered what it really meant, this drone video by top contributor and pilot Rlardon will give you an excellent visual picture. This footage was shot over the Zuid-Beveland Peninsula in the Dutch province of Zeeland, as well as over the Belgian towns of Straboek and Wijnegem. These areas, like most of the Benelux country region, are part of a vast plain which extends southwards from here to western France, down to the Pyrenees.

Chapter one in a series of short nature-themed clips: Lowlands. Most of the footage was shot around Goes on the Dutch peninsula of Zuid-Beveland using the DJI Mavic Pro (4K/30fps). Other featured places include Stabroek and Wijnegem in Belgium. The video takes you across grasslands and agricultural fields (mainly potato, wheat and corn) in late spring and reveals a network of trees and streams in between them. It is a prime example of mankind's influence on the landscape.
