Lake Olathe, KS

Lake Olathe is a 170-acre lake surrounded by a 258-acre community park. The area has numerous playgrounds, walking trails, an amphitheater that seats 1500 right along the lake, an event center, and an interesting splash park that's right along a man-made series of creeks and waterfalls. Unfortunately, as this was filmed during the first week of November, they were not in use. In fact, we were hoping to shoot more of the area including some of the very creative playgrounds but it was a cloudy day that then turned a bit too windy for flying. Don't worry... we plan on going back next summer to shoot this area some more!
