Dead lake

Near Tomsk there is a place where there is a pungent smell of potassium and thousands of dead trees lie in the water. This horrorlike place is the ash dump of one of the thermal power plants. Ash and slag from there are piped into this reservoir, in which some people still fish. Despite the creepy appearance, such waste is considered safe class.
