Bard Fort from Avengers Age of Ultron

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Some of Europe's most powerful fortresses were built in the passes of the Alps Mountains near the modern-day French/Italian border. One of these fortifications is Fort Bard, which is built on a rocky promontory in the Aosta Valley of northwestern Italy. Seen in this excellent drone video by Enrico Pescantini, the fortress was built in the mid-19th century by the rulers of the Kingdom of Savoy (which led the unification of Italy). The fort was used as a filming location for the 2015 blockbuster movie Avengers: Age of Ultron.
