PATAGONIA - REALM OF THE GODS

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :

Top AirVuz contributor and pilot Fabio Knoll brings us this fantastic drone video following the Baker River in Chilean Patagonia.  While the waterway runs a relatively short course of about 110 mi. (around 170 km) before emptying into the Pacific Ocean, it is Chile's largest in terms of water discharge volume.  The river's source is Bertrand Lake, and its course takes it along the eastern side of the North Patagonian Ice Field, the northern (and now separated) part of the Great Patagonian Ice Sheet.

Aerial journey across one of Patagonia’s most powerful landscapes — following the turquoise waters of the Baker River as they carve through valleys and lead to the immense ice of the Southern Patagonian Ice Field. Majestic mountains, ancient glaciers, and untouched wilderness come together in a cinematic portrait of a land that feels mythic, timeless, and larger than life.
