Dovestones reservoir during Autumn

Dovestone Reservoir is located where the Greenfield and Chew Brooks near the village of Greenfield, a bit to the northeast of the city of Manchester. The area lies on the western edge of the Peak District, most of which lies in the neighboring counties of the Midlands region. A popular walking area, the reservoir was built to supply drinking water to the nearby population.
