Chichester Cathedral - Drone Flight at Golden Hour

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Top contributor seb-depp brings us this excellent drone tour of Chichester Cathedral, one of England's oldest and largest churches. It's located in the market town of the same name in West Sussex, near England's southern (Channel) coast. The church was consecrated in 1108, just a few decades after the Norman Conquest, and was built on the site of an older Saxon church. Its original Norman design was later supplemented with Gothic architectural elements, and its spire is the third-tallest of all English churches.

Chichester Cathedral at sunrise. It was begun 1088 and finished in the mid 12th century with the towers completed only around 1400. Its spire is the third tallest in the UK - it collapsed in 1861 and was restored 1865. The bell tower is separate.
