Sardegna World takes you today to Cala Goloritzé, one of the stretches of the Gulf of Orosei where sea and mountains meet in perfect harmony.Towards the east, a crystalline sea that fades from an intense blue to an incredible turquoise will leave you nothing short of enchanted. Towards the south, a stone arch plunges into its crystalline waters and further enriches this scenic Baunesi inlet. Still towards the south, but this time towards the promontory behind, stands Punta Caroddi. It is a spire 147 meters high above sea level, which stands out over Cala Goloritzè with its fascinating eagle shape.In addition to being a dream place, Cala Goloritzé is also a very important place of interest in terms of flora and fauna. It has become a natural monument since 1993, and has been protected from pollution and the presence of man since 1989. It is only possible to get there by land, and navigation is prohibited in the surrounding body of water with any type of vessel.
