It's called Cala Luna, and it's located at the head of the Gulf of Orosei, a shallow bay which runs along the center part of the island's eastern coast on the Tyrrhenian Sea (the inlet of the Mediterranean which separates Sardinia from the Italian mainland). It is widely considered to be one of the finest if not the finest beach on the island.
