Autel LITE - First Flight Test - Autel's low light RYYB camera version
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
Top contributor Gizmo Drones tied out a new version of Autel's Lite+ drone, in the process delivering us some excellent aerial views of a pair of important landmarks in the city of Melbourne, Australia. The first (which you'll see at the opening of the video) is the white needle-topped Arts Centre Melbourne, in the inner-ring suburb of Southbank. The second, which you'll first see at the :27 mark, is the Shrine of Remembrance in the Kings Domain area; it is a memorial to the tens of thousands of Australians killed in World War I.

This video is a first flight video test of the Autel Lite drone which has a RYYB camera sensor similar to the Autel Nano+ drone although the specifications are slightly different.
This is not the Autel Lite+ drone which has been out for many months now. The Lite's RYYB camera sensor should have an amazing low light capability that far exceeds what you would expect from a drone in its' price range, similar to the outstanding low light capability of the Autel Nano+.
Autel has two Nano drones (Nano & Nano+) and two Lite drones (Lite & Lite+), each with different cameras. The Nano series is a sub-250g drone and the Lite series is a bigger version with better wind capability.
If you follow my channel you will know that Nano+ camera is amazing. I am interested to see if the Autel Lite also has an amazing camera, since they both have RYYB sensors (but slightly different).
The late afternoon shots were taken last week using 4K 30FPS HDR auto camera mode. The bridge and city shots were taken tonight using 4K 30FPS normal colour in manual mode.
This video has been edited as I wanted to see how it would compare to my other drone videos.
I was going to test and compare the Autel Nano+ tonight however it was a bit too windy for the tiny Autel Nano+. The Autel Lite handled the wind easily.
What do you think of this new drone? I will do more tests and comparisons over the next few weeks. Also I paid for this drone myself.
I hope you like this video and thanks for watching, Brett - Gizmo Drones
