This town deserves a special attention of the visitors due to its beautiful combination of nature which was generous to this area like nowhere else - from the “meeting” of the Bojana River and the Adriatic Sea, through the 13km long Velika Plaža beach, to the Old Town which hides many mysteries of the past times. Stone houses are very colorful with charming romantic terraces, surrounded by tangerine trees and hidden in the curved cobblestone streets. Ulcinj is also one of the sunniest places in Montenegro, which is primarily reflected in its lush vegetation, and the smells and tastes of the food which is a perfect Balkan mix. The entire coast of Ulcinj is surrounded by the pine and palm trees, and here you will have the opportunity to try the best of Mediterranean fruits - figs, citruses, grapes, pomegranate, almond and of course - the olives.
