While tulips originated in the mountains of Central Asia, since the late Middle Ages the flower has been most closely associated with the lands now part of the Netherlands. The narrated video follows the cycle of tulip bulb planting in the Fall to their harvest in the Spring, when the Dutch countryside explodes in color.
