See one of the most famous roads in Romania, the Transfăgărășan in this drone video by George Bufan. The Transfăgărășan, or DN7C, is a mountain road the crosses the southern section of the Carpathian Mountains. The second-highest paved road in the country was build in the early 1970s as a strategic military route and now connects the historic regions of Transylvania and Wallachia.
