AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : AirVuz contributor and pilot George Bufan brings us this fantastic drone video from Romania's Carpathian Mountains. The video was shot over and around Bâlea Lake in the Făgăraș Mountains, home of the highest peaks in the Southern Carpathians. The lake lies in Transylvania's Sibiu County, just to the east of the Transfăgărășan roadway, which runs through the mountains and connects Transylvania with the region of Wallachia to its south. Fed by glaciers, Bâlea sits at an altitude of just over 2k meters above sea level or around 6.7k ft.
