San Francisco Bay Bridge

Contributor Mattmich23 used a DJI Mavic Pro drone to create this impressive aerial video of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. Completed in 1936 (a year before the better-known Golden Gate Bridge), it's the oldest and longest of the three bridges which now span the bay. The bridge is 7.2 km (almost 4.5 mi.) long excluding its approaches, and it typically carries about a quarter million vehicles per day. Famously, a 50 foot span of the bridge collapsed during the 1989 Lomita Prieta Earthquake.
