Saint Nicolas Anavissos, Greece

He filmed the area around the tiny islet of "islet" of Agios Nikolaos in Anavyssos, on the southwestern side of the peninsula. It's an idyllic-looking spot on the Saronic Gulf, the body of water which separates Attica from the Peloponnese Peninsula to its west. It's on the southern end of the Athens Riviera, about a 45 minute drive souteast of the Greek capital city.

A wide strip of sand connects the "islet" of Agios Nikolaos in Anavyssos with Attica and that is where visitors spread their towels to enjoy their swim. Nearby there are two canteens with the necessary ones, but there are no organized umbrellas and sunbeds. The waters are crystal clear and cold, while the idyllic landscape is complemented by the church of Agios Nikolaos, which oversees the bay and in recent years is a popular destination for those who want to get married on an "island" without leaving Athens.
