Palmas, a 30 years old city in the center of Brazil
AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE :
When the Brazilian state of Tocantins was created in the late 1980's out of territory which had been part of Goiás, the new state needed a new state capital. Following the example of the planned federal capital of Brasilia (also born of Goiás territory, beginning in the 1950's), the city of Palmas was founded for this purpose in 1990. Situated near the exact center of Tocantins, it's also now the largest city in Brazil's 27th state. You can see it from a bird's eye view in this drone video by Esteban Clua.
