Malta, Comino, Blue Lagoon

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Comino is the (by far) smallest of the three islands of the Maltese Archipelago in the central Mediterranean. Once called Ephaestia, it's situated between the much larger islands of Gozo (to its north) and Malta (to its south). Covering only about 3.5 square km. (about 1.4 square mi.), it has fewer than ten permanent residents as of 2020. In this drone video by new contributor maltawalks, you'll get a bird's eye view of this tiny island, including its two most well known sites: the Blue Lagoon and St. Mary's Tower.

Comino's population: 3 however during the season the Blue Lagoon is totally overcrowded. That's why I like to visit Comino during winter and spring time. A few facts about the Blue Lagoon: - The Blue Lagoon is one of the most beautiful spots around the Maltese islands. - Crystal clear, azure water - Main tourist attraction, very popular and busy in summer. - Popularized in blockbuster films - Girls, Bred Pitt was here :)
