Lower Quiraing, Flodigarry, Isle of Skye - DJI AIR3 4K

The lower areas of the Quiraing, captured on our first full day on Skye, a windy and showery day, a break in the weather and a sheltered area on the East side of the Trottternish Peninsula afforded the chance to fly the AIR3 over the lower Quiraing, near Flodigarry. Whereas the higher Quirang escarpments and rock formations suggested to me the Dwarven lords and their mountain holds, the lower green lush slopes of the Quirang suggested the rolling harsh plains of Rohan - and with this in mind I captured what I could even though the low sun created problems with lens flare and exposure and the high winds prevented me from flying any higher than I managed - meaning I missed some of the more hidden aspects of the area...... It works, but I think another flight next summer will allow me to do more justice to the area, we shall see...
