Lake Camanche Sunset

California is spectacular for some many reasons. Lake Camanche, located on the western edge of the Gold Country, provides incredible opportunities for photography, bird watching, fishing, camping...and for me...bike riding. The campground on the north side of the lake offers wonder views and spectacular sunsets. March and April are ideal times to visit as the crowds are limited and the campground virtually empty.
