High Flying Runner - June Mileage

I'm a few days late posting this here.. another great month in running for me! Highlights included a steep downhill half-marathon (which was a 10-minute PR and the best run of my life so far), 3 small trail races, and I passed 2,500 total miles since June 2014. I was also chosen as a brand ambassador for Zensah! They make the colorful calf compression sleeves you've probably noticed in most of my videos.. they are a great product, I love how they make my legs feel during & after my runs.
