HighFlyingRunner: River Parkway Long Run

Just like that, it's 55° and I'm running outside in shorts. I had planned to do this run at an indoor track, this was a welcome change of plans. Sore legs made this one painful and slower than I wanted. I'm still working on lifting/running balance.. probably not a good idea to do leg day 2 days before a long run, oops ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
