The winner of the FPV Video of the Year at the second annual Drone Video Awards took his racing quad out over the great waterway near Hannibal, Missouri. Watch as he "weaves" through a railroad bridge, works the gaps in a grain storage facility, and makes it all look easy; for this, he got a spot on the FPV Pilots to Watch list in July, 2019.

The Bill Lear Innovator's Cup took place in Hannibal, MO, which is just inside the Missouri border, the eastern edge of which is defined by the Mississippi River.
