It is clean, pristine & free of noise & air pollution from cars, scooters & motorcycles. Only form of transportation there is via walking, bicycle or horse & cart taxi's. Amazing place though to relax & soak in the sun rays Only a quick edit as apart from the most spectacular crystal clear turquoise blue waters & beaches surrounding the 6km² island there's not a lot in Gili Trawangan to film with a mini-quad.
