AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Former Drone Video of the Week Winner www.oberschneider.com brings us this fantastic drone video of a well-known skier tackling a backcountry trek in the Austrian Alps. Using the DJI Mavic 3 Cine, he was able to film skier Sandra Lahnsteiner cruising through fresh powdered snow at daybreak in some of Europe's most captivating alpine landscapes. The video was filmed using all three of the different lenses built into the Mavic 3 Cine. To make matters even more challenging, the ambient temperature was a chilly 9 degrees F (-13 C).

Join Freeride Skier Sandra Lahnsteiner on her mission to ski a steep line in the alps in fresh powder snow - in the first light of the day! Shot with all 3 lenses on the Mavic 3 Pro Cine. The drone performed flawlessly at -13 degrees Celsius, my fingers definitely didn't enjoy it that much. Recorded in DLOG-M and converted to HLG in Final Cut Pro X. Sharpening and (a bit of) noise reduction done with Neat Video.
