Fancy Gap is located in the southwest region of the US state of Virginia. The small community is perched among the many peaks of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and the famous Blue Ridge Parkway travels through the area. LUX’s first film highlighting Fancy Gap, “Frozen Fields”, showed the unique beauty of the area in winter.
