It was shot in the area of Fries, in Grayson County, one of the state's southwestern counties. This area is home to Mount Rogers, the state's highest peak at just under 1.75k meters (a little over 5.7k ft.) above sea level. Fries sits on the New River, which you'll see in the river; the waterway eventually feeds into the Ohio River, which then converges with the mighy Mississippi.
