Farellones and La Parva Ski Resort - El Colorado - Chile

Located about 2,500 meters above sea level, Farellones is a highly recommended ski resort for those who want to play and ski. The station is divided into 3 levels as you travel through them via cable car. There are more than 8 types of toys that makes the park very cool for those who do not necessarily want to ski but play in the snow. In 2 hour ski lessons we can start our learning or perfect it. The climb to the park can be done by van or by car, in which case it will be necessary to rent tire chains (about 15,000 Chilean pesos). It is a very steep curved road (40 in total) and with a large flow of cars and vans. If it is snowing better opt for a guide. The place is amazing and a lot of fun, recommended to everyone coming to Chile. Above the park we see the La Parva ski resort. The station was founded as a refuge in the Andes near World War II, and since then the La Parva region has been colonized to become a tourist spot highly frequented by tourists from around the world.
