Solo tour de force trying to reach the most famous spots in the Dolomites with just a day and a half available. Departed at noon time on 17 August from Brescia to reach Lake Misurina (first stage) and the Tre Cime di Lavaredo in the evening. Overnight at the hotel in Valdaora, wake up at five and dawn on Lake Braies and then take the cableway towards Ortisei to the Seceda but not before passing by to see the small church of San Giovanni in Ranui. Last stop: Lake Carezza and return in the late afternoon of the 18th. About 800 km by car between the mountains and lakes of the Dolomites in such a short time unfortunately without fully enjoying places like this ... but I would say it was worth it!
