D. José I Statue in Praça do Comercio, Downtown Lisbon

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : The statue of King Jose I in Lisbon's Commerce Square (Praça do Comércio) is an important landmark in the Portuguese capital city. The complex was built in the late 1700's on the ruins of the Royal (Ribeira) Palace, which was famously destroyed in the great 1755 Lisbon Earthquake. One of Portugal's most popular tourist destinations, it sat virtually empty during the worldwide novel coronavirus pandemic in the Spring of 2020, as seen in this drone video by AirVuz contributor flymydr8ne.
