Check out this hauntingly beautiful drone video of Buenos Aires, Argentina under ovid-19 quarantine, compliments of AirVuz contributor Luciano Gonzales Perlander.  The video opens with a shot of the great Obelisk in the Plaza de la República, probably the most iconic site in this highly cosmopolitan South American city.  Like other spots shown in the video, such as the Palace of the Argentine National Congress, it's almost completely devoid of people and traffic following a nationwide quarantine which went into effect on March 19th.
