We start off at Hurlers where we find a tin mine engine house and - much older - a series of stone circles. Upper Plym Valley is a sight hard to comprehend and where there are no signs or info panels at all. Online maps help a bit to find (or guess that you find!) a few of the prehistoric sights there.Near Hurlers are the crags of Cheesewring. We finish the day at the fortifications of Dartmouth Castle and small Bayard's Cove Fort.
