Cornwall is full of tin mines, easily recognizable by the engine house and its chimney. We start the day at St. Breocks Down Monolith, a sight not for everyone. It was 5 m high, fell down in 1945 and was re-erected in 1956.Chysauster Ancient Village was built around Christ's birth and consists of eight courtyard houses for about 60 persons. Carn Galver and Botallack are two of those tin mines. Ballowall Barrow is a chambered cairn that was radically altered in the 19th century by "historians". Carn Euny Ancient Village is a bit smaller than Chysauster, founded 500 BC and left 300 AD.
