Choroní Beaches, Venezuela - Mavic Mini 1

AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Get an aerial view of the well-known beaches of Choroní, Venezuela in this excellent drone video by Yaikel Dorta. The beaches lie along a small bay of the southern Caribbean Sea in Aragua, one of the northern states of this giant South American country. The area is about 30 miles (around 50 km) north of the city of Maracay, the state capital, which lies on the shores of Lake Valencia (Lago de Valencia). The video was filmed with the DJI Mavic Mini drone. The drive from Maracay winds through a coastal mountain range.

We went to Choroní, specifically to Puerto Colombia and stayed at an inn. The next day we boarded a boat that would take us to other well-known beaches in the state of Aragua. To close our trip, we went for a quick visit to the town of La Colonia Tovar, with a totally different climate than the one we saw on the beach.
