Alternatively known as Costanera Center Torre 2 or Grand Torre, the 62 story office tower in Santiago, Chile has an architectural height of 300 meters or 974 ft. As of 2023, that made it the tallest building on the continent. One of the tallest buildings located in a major earthquake zone, the tower was completed in 2013 following a seven year construction period.

Costanera Center is a financial complex built in the municipality of Providencia, in the city of Santiago, Chile. Its beauty can be admire easily since Its central building has a height of 300 meters, which makes it the tallest skyscraper in Chile and in all of Latin America. This video was filmed in summer 2019 with a Mavic Pro 2 zoom drone.
