Brașov is one of the main cities of the Transylvania region of Romania, located near its southeastern boundary.  Sitting near the base of the Southern Carpathians, Brașov is considered one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Southeastern Europe.  While there are remains here that are over 10,000 years old, the city came into its own in the 12th and 13th centuries, when Transvylvania was part of Hungary.  In this drone video by mihaflorea, you can check out this cultural treasure from a bird's eye view.
