Braies in Autumn

Also known variously as Pragser Wildsee and Lake Prags, Lake Braies is a tiny but picturesque lake in the Prags Dolomites in the South Tyrol province of northern Italy. The lake, which sits at an elevation of about 1.5k meters or just under 5k feet above sea level, covers an area of less than 80 acres. During the end of World War II, the lake was where many high value prisoners from concentration camps in Germany were transported to Tyrol.  Check out this beautiful alpine lake from above in this drone video by Mark_fisio.
