No fpv footage in this one...

Gainsborough Old Hall was pleasant surprise. A fully preserved manor house from around 1460 to 1490.

Mattersay Abbey was an unpleasant surprise.

Same for Rufford Abbey - closed and drone-unfriendly.

Bolsover Cundy House and Castle on the other hand are well worth the visit. The castle is a huge place, half ruined and half intact it sports the lovely "Little Castle" designed to impress its visitors - it did impress me.

Sutton Scarsdale House again was closed and fenced off so I didn't dare to hit the gaps with an fpv drone - shame. It was built from 1724.

Hardwick Old Hall (English Heritage) was built just a few years before the new Hall (National Trust, so no flying). It was closed for conservation.

Wingfield Manor was closed as well so I couldn't even approach it expect for the drone. The house dates from 1440.
