While much of Russia's forests lie in its vast Siberian region, large stretches of the country's Central, Northwest, and Urals Federal Districts are also heavily forested. In this drone video by romanblats, you'll get a great bird's eye view of a wintertime forest scene in the Ryazan Oblast southeast of Moscow. The spot filmed is near the village of Kriusha, a bit east of the Oka River which marks the dividing line between the provinces forested and grassland halves.
