AIRVŪZ STAFF NOTE : Top contributor and pilot Michael Roth, recently profiled in the Drone Dish, put together this beautiful drone video of some hard-to-find spots in his home state of Oregon in the USA's Pacific Northwest region. Featured locations include (1) Tumble Lake in the Williamette National Forest; (2) Mt. Jefferson, an active volcano which is the second tallest mountain in the cascade range and known as being one of the hardest to reach; and (3) Marion Falls, also in the Williamette National Forest.

First of all Happy Fathers Day! The majestic beauty of Oregon never stops. This video includes locations such as Tumble Lake, Mt. Jefferson, Marion Falls. I filmed this over several weekends one day at a time. Mt. Jefferson was the hardest to get too as there is still snow covering much of the landscape. But what can I say it was well worth it. Only saw a few souls on the mountain that day. We also have Bear Grass blooming in the forest. Flying high in the clouds just above tumble lake. Some of the wetland area near Mt. Jefferson. Foggy Forest or should I say clouded forest as the elevation I was at was up in the cloud layer super cool except dark and gloomy, neat never the less I must say though. Anyways! Hope You Enjoy!
