The video features a great mix of landscape, people, and "action" sequences involving activities like ridge hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, and rock climbing. Locations featured run from the glens and lochs of the Highlands to Lowland spots like the Forth Bridges and Edinburgh Castle. You'll also see some lesser-known spots like a giant windfarm and an offshore oil platform.
