The region of Northern Norway is traditionally defined as the country's three northernmost counties - north to south, Finnmark, Troms, and Nordland. While the region includes the Lofoten Islands, which are part of Nordland County, we have grouped the extensive content from the Lofotens in a separate collection which you can access here. As you might imagine, Northern Norway is NORTH - almost all of it lies north of the Arctic Circle, and it includes the Svalbard Islands which are actually closer to the North Pole than the Arctic Circle! The natural scenes to be found in this area are among the most pristine in the world, with the country's highest mountains some of its best skiing and hiking locations. Here are the best drone videos from this region near the top of the world. Aerial photo: Midnight Sun by drone pilot and AirVuz contributor Zdeno Dvorak.
